7th December - Gordon Ramsay supports the Bite-Back Campaign
You too can join Gordon Ramsay and other celebrity 'souper-stars' to help end the sale of Shark fin soup.
Bite-Back is committed to making Britain shark free. Right now they're working to identify every restaurant, workplace canteen, health food store, wholesaler and online retailer that currently sells shark meat, fins, jaws, cartilage, teeth, oil or skin... so they can inspire them to stop.Bite-Back’s friends Gordon, Hugh, Charles, Martin, Ben and Frank have each co-signed this downloadable letter so that you can address it to any restaurant selling shark fin soup.
Already Bite-Back has motivated dozens of Chinese restaurants to remove shark fin soup from menus and now, with your help, they plan to add more restaurants to the list.
So now it’s your turn. Be bold, be passionate, be polite and be confident. And be part of the solution.
