Ahrax Point

Depth – 10m to 23m Normally a boat dive this reef can be reached from land by the athletic diver, a ten-minute snorkel or dive will get you to two impressive reefs, one to the north and one to the east. Both reefs slope down to 23m where large boulders, together with areas of grass and sand cover the bottom. There is a tunnel which leads to an inland sea, depth at the entrance is 11 meters where there is a rock shaped like an eagles head. Sea Roses cover the floor of this tunnel. Throughout this dive site there isan abundance of marine life to see, consisting of shoals of Barracuda and Amberjack, and many bright corals.
