COVID-19 Flexible Booking Conditions

Oonasdivers understands that the current pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty within the industry and peace of mind and flexibility are major factors to ensure you feel comfortable booking diving holidays again.

  • The team here are keen to ensure that you are able to gain confidence before committing to a diving holiday with us as the world begins to move again so for all new bookings from the 15th July until further notice we are adjusting our normal terms to include the below which will offer increased flexibility for a limited period.

    Other flexible terms not listed below may be available so please ensure you discuss which options are available to you at point of quotation with a member of our team.

    We at Oonasdivers pride ourselves on being a small company giving you a 100% personal service, and we invite you to call us to discuss any specific concerns that you may have with regards to your travel arrangements, everyone is different after all.

  • Red Sea and Mid-haul:

    • Quarantine free guarantee - This can be applied when using TUI airlines who will only travel to destinations where quarantine isn’t required on arrival, or upon return. Should your destination, or return to the UK be affected prior to your travel, possible options of rescheduling, credit vouchers or refunds will be made available to you.

    • Flexible date changes - Many of our tours offer flexible date changes, sometimes these may carry a small charge.


    • Book now, deposit once individual countries travel restrictions are lifted - This can be applied to many of our long-haul destinations and can be discussed with a member of the team at point of quotation.

    • Flexible air fares that can be changed without incurring administration charges - Applicable on certain airlines to provide greater flexibility and security.

    We feel that at last the world is slowly returning to some normality, but we cannot exactly say what will happen and when, but we can assure you that with our many years of combined experience between the team, we will as always, guide and advise you through your quotation journey and be on hand every step of the way to make sure your diving holiday is as protected as possible.

  • Please note:

    • Certain diving holidays may be excluded from the above policy and we will advise you at the time of quotation. All eligible bookings will have “Flexible Booking Conditions” stated on your quotation and/or booking confirmation.

    • Balances remain payable 12 weeks prior to departure. Failure to settle the balance on the due date without notifying us of your intention to cancel will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied.

    • Bookings departing within 80 days of travel, our normal Terms and Conditions apply.

    • Where suppliers such as airlines only allow for a postponement but not a refund, we will allow deferral and will only pass on airline and ground supplier charges where they are applied.
