Allegro Cozumel is a beachfront, all-inclusive resort set along the white sands of Playa San Francisco on Cozumel’s southwest coast. Surrounded by tropical gardens and turquoise Caribbean waters, the resort offers a relaxed island atmosphere ideal for both leisure travellers and divers.

The resort features comfortable Caribbean-style rooms and bungalows, many with garden or ocean views, designed to provide a restful stay after a day of activities. The superior rooms feature 1 king or 2 double beds, the rooms have balcony with a beautiful scenery. Maximum four people can be accommodated in superior rooms.

Allegro Cozumel’s All-Inclusive package offers guests breakfast, lunch, dinner, unlimited snacks, and a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including premium brands. Breakfast and dinner are served in the Topaz restaurant, featuring themed buffets in a relaxed atmosphere, while lunch is enjoyed outdoors at the beachfront La Palapa restaurant, with options ranging from light bites to hot dishes. Over a 7-night stay, guests may also make one reservation at each of the resort’s a la carte restaurants – O Sole Mio for Italian cuisine, Cielito Lindo for Mexican fare, and Fuji for East Asian specialties. Located on the hotel’s beachfront, steps away from the jetty, the centre is open 7 days a week and has 3 fully equipped diving boats ready to transport divers to the world-famed sites just a short 5–10 minute boat ride away. Cozumel is the largest of Mexico's islands and is located in the Caribbean Sea off the eastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, in Quintana Roo state, southeasterrn Mexico. Cozumel is accessed by a short passenger ferry ride across the water from Playa Del Carmen. The island of Cozumel measures 30 miles from north to south and 10 miles from east to west, and is located on the world's second largest coral barrier reef making it an exceptional dive destination.

Whilst Mexico has a year-round warm and tropical climate with average air temperatures of 26°c, it has two defined seasons - a wet season and dry season. The dry season runs from November to May with little rainfall and 12 to 14 hours of sunshine per day. The wet season brings humidity and short, sharp tropical rainstorms with September being the wettest month. Mexico's official hurricane season runs from June to November with the highest risk of storms from mid-August through September.

Mexico's waters remain consistently warm throughout the year with the Caribbean sea averaging temperatures between 25°c in winter and 28°c in summer. Visibility is excellent all year round.

The island of Cozumel is reached from Cancun by car and ferry transfer. Regular direct flights operate from London and Manchester to Cancun Airport with an approximate 10-hour flight time. The resort of Playa Del Carmen is 34 miles from Cancun, a 50 minute ride away, where the regular ferry service operates to Cozumel. The passenger ferry departs every 2 hours and takes approximately 45 minutes.

Tourists do not need a visa to enter Mexico but will receive a passport stamp with the number of days permitted, which will need to be presented when leaving the country. All passports should be valid for the trip duration.
