Boat Overview

Emperor Virgo is decorated in light wood and has a contemporary style, the main deck has a large saloon with comfy sofas. The bar is fully licensed so you can enjoy your favourite tipple as the sun dips below the horizon.

The upper deck has loungers for sun bathing and just kicking back, you can even enjoy a complimentary glass of wine is served with dinner. Virgo accommodates 18 divers over her 32m length.

Food and Drink

The meals on-board Virgo are usually buffet style with a variety of local and International dishes to suit everyone. Local food is traditionally a bit spicy, fish is available on-board, mostly frozen with a few fresh catches along the way.

Water, tea and coffee are complimentary. Soft drinks, fresh juices and alcohol (cocktails, liquors, wine and beer) are chargeable.

For any special dietary requests, such as vegetarian or any allergies, please speak to a member of our team. Produce is sourced locally, therefore items such as, but not limited to; wholemeal pastas or flour, gluten free products or soya substitutes are not typically available.

Emperor Virgo has a licenced bar so you can purchase alcohol on board, but please be aware importing of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by Maldivian law. Bottles containing alcohol will be confiscated at customs upon arrival.

Flights and Transfers

Daily indirect flights are available from many regional UK departures, operated by several airlines, direct flights are available at certain times of the year departing from Heathrow.

At point of enquiry our team will discuss the best priced flights and routes available for your chosen departure date.

Maldives liveaboards can easily be combined with a few nights on a resort, and often a city stopover.

Diving Information

As with all Emperor Maldives boats, FREE Nitrox is available.

Diving whilst on board Virgo is from her dhoni tender, getting you to the perfect spot every time.

There is no diving on arrival or departure days, and a total of 17 dives are offered during your charter, 2-3 dives per day.

A choice of 5 itineraries are available from Emperor Virgo, please note that with all liveaboard itinerary’s due to weather and diving conditions, it's not always possible to visit each Atoll. Your Cruise Director will decide the best ones to visit at the time of diving.

We make every effort to remove sold out trips and reflect up to date prices as much as possible, but you will be mindful last places may sell fast and special offers may be sold out quickly via e-news and Facebook offers.
